Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Haradali Adventure (hereinafter referred to as “the company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as “the client,” “you,” “your”) participating in any tour, safari, or service offered by the company. By booking or engaging with us, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below.


1. Booking and Payment:

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once the client submits a completed booking form and pays a deposit (if applicable). A confirmation email will be sent to the client upon receipt of the deposit or full payment.
  2. Deposit and Payment Terms:
    • A deposit of 20-30% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking.
    • Full payment is due at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
  3. Late Payment: If full payment is not received within the specified time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge a cancellation fee as described below.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

  1. Client Cancellations:
    • If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Haradali Adventure in writing (email).
    • Cancellation fees apply as follows:
      • More than 30 days before departure: 10-20% of the total trip cost (administration fees).
      • 15-30 days before departure: 30-50% of the total trip cost.
      • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund, and full payment is due.
  2. Company Cancellations:
    • The company reserves the right to cancel the trip in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or force majeure. In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or an alternative trip of equal value, subject to availability.

3. Changes to Itinerary:

  1. Changes by the Company:
    • The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation, transport, or activities at any time, before or during the trip, due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, road conditions, park closures, etc.).
    • If major changes are required before the trip, the company will inform the client in advance and provide alternatives.
  2. Changes by the Client:
    • If the client wishes to make any changes to the booking (e.g., change of date or itinerary), this request must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Health and Fitness:

  1. Health Requirements:
    • The client must inform the company of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking.
    • Certain activities (e.g., mountain climbing) require a reasonable level of physical fitness. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to participate in the booked activities.
  2. Travel Insurance:
    • The client is required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested by the company.

5. Liability and Responsibility:

  1. Travel Risks:
    • Travel involves risks, including but not limited to, injuries, accidents, illness, and loss of personal property. The company is not liable for any such events that occur during the trip. The client participates in all activities at their own risk.
  2. Limitation of Liability:
    • Haradali Adventure will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the client, except where such liability is required by law.
    • The company is not liable for delays caused by weather, political conditions, transportation issues, or other factors beyond our control.
  3. Client Responsibility:
    • The client agrees to follow the instructions of the guide and other staff members. Failure to do so may result in the client being excluded from the activity without any refund.

6. Code of Conduct:

  1. Behavior:
    • The client agrees to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other clients, staff, wildlife, and the local community. Haradali Adventure reserves the right to remove any client from the trip if their behavior is disruptive or endangers themselves or others.
  2. Wildlife and Environment:
    • The Client is required to respect wildlife and the environment, adhering to all park rules, regulations, and ethical guidelines provided by the Company.

7. Force Majeure:

  • The Company will not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, wars, pandemics, or natural disasters. In such cases, the client may be offered an alternative itinerary or a refund, subject to the situation.

8. Dispute Resolution:

  1. Complaint Procedure:
    • If the client has any complaints during the trip, they should immediately inform the guide or local staff to resolve the issue. Any unresolved issues should be reported to the company’s customer service within 7 days of completing the trip.
  2. Governing Law:
    • This agreement is governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with Tanzanian law.

9. Miscellaneous:

  1. Personal Data:
    • By booking a trip, the client consents to the collection and processing of personal data required for the operation of the tour. The company will protect this data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  2. Amendments to Terms:
    • The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be communicated to the client and will apply to future bookings.

10. Agreement Acceptance:

By booking a tour or safari with Haradali Adventure, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
