How we use the information you send us.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type (name, email or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, group size and message). When you write a review we receive your name, email address, country, rating, message and any photos you attach.
To understand which adverts and links bring visitors, we store the page you first landed on, the website you came from and any campaign tags in the link (utm_*, gclid, gbraid, wbraid) in a first-party cookie called hd_attr for up to 30 days. It is sent with your enquiry. It is not used to track you across other sites.
We also record when someone taps a WhatsApp or phone link, together with the page they were on, so we can see which pages lead to contact.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you and plan your trip. Enquiries are emailed to our staff. We publish a review only after our team has read it, and we never publish your email address.
Spam protection
Forms use an invisible proof-of-work check and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated abuse.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@haradaliadventure.com.
